An estate clear-out is rarely a one-day job and it is never only a logistics problem. It happens on a deadline somebody else set, usually while the family is dealing with everything else. Roll-off containers take that pile off the property in one collection instead of a dozen trips.
Working through an estate clear-out on the east side

Choosing a size
There are three sizes to pick from. A 15 yard measures 16ft by 7.5ft by 48in and includes 1 ton. A 20 yard is the same footprint at 6ft high and includes 2 ton. The 30 yard is 20ft long, 6ft high, and includes 3 ton.
Each size carries a set tonnage and anything above it is charged per ton. That matters because dense debris behaves nothing like bulky debris: shingles, tile, concrete and soil hit the limit while the container still looks part empty.

The yard is at 2211 W Division St on the north-west side of the city, 9.8 miles from Springfield Catholic High School and about 20 minutes in normal traffic. Head out on East Berkeley Drive, then South Blackman Road, then East Sunshine Street, then turn onto North Kansas Expressway.

Yes. Call when it is close to full and a swap gets scheduled rather than you having to book again.
Where will the driver put it?
Where you ask. Tell us the spot when you book, and if you are unsure whether the drive works, describe it and we will talk it through before the truck loads.
What cannot go in?
Paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, batteries, tyres, asbestos and anything flammable. Those need separate handling.
